Conttinu Complaints, Withdrawal and Account Deletion
1. Contact
These matters are handled by Mateusz Tomaszewski, ul. Paderewskiego 3/25, 81-198 Pogórze, Polska, support@conttinu.com, telephone +48 692 371 530. You may use “Complaint”, “Withdrawal”, “Personal data” or “Account deletion” as the subject, but this is not required. Do not send passwords, card numbers, identity numbers or unnecessary medical data.
2. Optional complaint form
To: Mateusz Tomaszewski, Conttinu Operator.
“I complain about [function, plan or order]. The problem occurred [date and description]. I request [repair, restoration of conformity, billing correction or another remedy]. Information to locate the matter: [account email or order ID]. Please reply to [contact]”.
You may attach a screenshot with unnecessary data redacted. Purchase confirmation or device details are useful only where relevant. We respond on a durable medium within 14 days of receipt. Applicable statutory consequences of non-response remain in force.
3. Withdrawal information
A consumer and a sole trader entitled to statutory protection for a non-professional contract may withdraw from an applicable distance contract within 14 days of formation without giving a reason. Conttinu also grants this period contractually for its free consumer contract. Send a clear statement to the Operator before expiry. The form below is optional.
Following valid withdrawal, the contract is treated as not concluded to the extent prescribed by law. Due refunds are made without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the statement, using the same method unless a different no-cost method is agreed. There is no payment to refund for a free service.
Where paid performance started at your express request before the withdrawal deadline, proportionate payment up to withdrawal is due only under statutory conditions and after required information. Account creation or commencement of a continuing subscription is not full performance and does not automatically remove withdrawal rights. No general waiver is required.
After termination, personal data are handled under GDPR. For other content, statutory restrictions on further use apply. On request we provide eligible content free, within a reasonable time, in a commonly used machine-readable format, subject to lawful exceptions. Ending a paid plan does not allow the Operator to appropriate Partner data.
4. Withdrawal form
To: Mateusz Tomaszewski, ul. Paderewskiego 3/25, 81-198 Pogórze, Polska, support@conttinu.com.
“I hereby withdraw from my contract for [service/plan]. Contract date: [date]. Name: [details]. Address: [address]. Account/order identifier, if known: [details]. Date of statement: [date]. Signature: [paper form only]”.
5. Consumer accounts and data
In the app, open profile/account settings, select account deletion and confirm. Without the app use the public Account Deletion page or email support@conttinu.com. For the web form, enter the account email and confirm using the emailed link. Contact us for proportionate verification if Apple/Google login or mailbox access causes difficulty.
Deletion covers the account, profile and associated private data, your own Visits and messages linked to the account, consents and content/files included in the deletion process. It starts after confirmation; provider file deletion may need retries. Sessions become invalid. Backups rotate within 180 days and confirmed deletions are reapplied after restoration. The Privacy Policy explains legal exceptions, other parties’ data and billing records.
Uninstalling does not delete the account. Deleting a venue manager’s personal account does not automatically cancel the organisation’s subscription or delete all its guests’ data. To close Partner, contact the Operator and cancel renewal under the Partner Terms; we check authority and other people’s rights. This does not prevent exercising your personal data rights.
6. Optional GDPR request form
“I request [access/copy, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, consent withdrawal or action on an objection]. Scope: [account, data, venue or purpose]. Information to locate the matter: [minimum necessary]. Please reply to [contact]”.
The normal response deadline is one month, with up to two additional months in statutory circumstances explained within the first month. Requests are generally free. We do not automatically require an ID copy. A refusal includes reasons and information about complaints to the Polish supervisory authority and judicial remedies. For a venue’s independent processing, we forward the request or identify its contact.
7. Safety and content notices
Immediately report suspected account compromise or data disclosure. Use the procedure in section 7 of the Terms for illegal content and appeals; the same address works without an account or fee. Consumer advisers and competent out-of-court bodies can assist with consumer disputes; judicial protection remains available.
