Hang Terms of Use
Version 1.0.4 · effective · English · wersja polska
1. Operator and scope
Hang (the “App”) is a Conttinu service that helps people following a gluten-free diet find places, share experiences, and plan visits or trips. These Terms govern use of the App, accounts, and community features.
By using the App, you agree to follow these Terms and the Community Guidelines. The Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled.
2. User accounts
An account is required to publish content and use certain features. You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and not share the account with third parties. You must not create accounts to evade restrictions, moderation, or blocks.
You are responsible for activity on your account unless you report unauthorised access that you could not reasonably prevent. Suspected account compromise should be reported promptly through Hang Help.
3. App features and availability
The App may allow you to browse places, save favourites, create private lists and plans, publish reviews, photos, threads, replies and an avatar, and share travel plans publicly.
Features may change as the service develops. Access may be temporarily limited for maintenance, security, outages, or legal requirements. Continuous availability is not guaranteed.
4. User content
“User Content” includes all material published or shared publicly through Hang, including reviews, comments, threads, replies, photos, avatars, and shared travel plans.
You retain your rights in User Content and remain responsible for it. By publishing, you confirm that you may lawfully share it, that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that it does not violate another person’s rights, privacy, or reputation.
To the extent required to operate Hang, you grant Conttinu a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, technically process, display, and distribute the content in the App. The licence ends after the content or account is deleted, subject to the time reasonably required to complete deletion and rotate backups.
5. Prohibited content and conduct
You must not publish or support illegal content, infringement of third-party rights, hate or discrimination, harassment, threats, glorification of violence, sexual content involving minors, fraud, spam, impersonation, or deliberate misinformation.
You must not expose another person’s private data without a lawful basis, advertise without permission, manipulate votes or ratings, evade safeguards, or disrupt the service. The Community Guidelines provide further explanations and examples.
6. Gluten-free and safety information
Information about venues, menus, and experiences comes partly from the community and may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. A green flag, review, or post is not a guarantee that food is gluten-free or medically safe.
You should independently confirm ingredients, preparation methods, and cross-contamination risks with venue staff, taking your health needs into account. Hang does not replace medical or dietetic advice.
7. Reports and moderation
Content or users can be reported in the App. Reports are assessed in context, with regard to community safety and applicable law. We may restrict visibility, remove content, limit features, suspend, or close an account where justified by a violation or safety concern.
We may preserve limited material where necessary to handle a report, dispute, security incident, or legal duty. We do not guarantee that every item will remain online or that removed content can be restored.
8. Liability
Hang is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, Conttinu is not liable for decisions made solely on community content, loss caused by service unavailability, or acts of third-party venues and service providers.
Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights or liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
9. Ending use and deleting an account
You may stop using Hang and delete your account in the App or through the Hang account and data deletion page. The Privacy Policy explains the effects and timing of deletion.
10. Versions and changes
The version number and effective date appear above. A material change may require a new, explicit acceptance before you can continue publishing content. Acceptance of an older version is not treated as acceptance of a newer one.
The Polish and English versions are intended to express the same rules. If an interpretation differs, and unless applicable law requires otherwise, the Polish text is the primary version for users of the Polish-language App.
11. Contact
Contact, safety, and account-support information is available through Hang Help and at conttinu.com.
