Conttinu Cookies, Device Storage and SDKs

1. Scope

Cookies, local storage, app memory and SDK identifiers have different purposes. A technology’s name does not determine whether consent is needed. Analytics consent does not automatically cover venue messages or every provider.

2. Essential operation and requested functions

• Login and security use app tokens, secure key storage, the Partner session cookie and protection against forged requests. Authenticated functions require them. Sessions end on logout, revocation or expiry of inactivity/absolute limits.
• Settings and app storage include language, appearance, consent decisions, recent searches and necessary technical cache. These remain until changed, cleared or expired under their cache cycle. Clearing local storage does not delete server account data.
• Requested notifications use APNs/FCM tokens and a Firebase installation identifier. Changing operating system and app settings affects delivery but does not itself withdraw every venue marketing consent.
• Maps and location show a selected area or nearby venues. You can refuse or change device permission or search manually.
• Ordinary feature flags may disclose connection IP to a network provider. Configuration downloads do not permit measured experiments.

Essential device access is limited to transmission or the service explicitly requested. A GDPR legitimate interest does not replace required device-access consent. SDK diagnostics exceeding what is necessary require appropriate prior consent or disabling that scope.

3. Optional measurement

Firebase Analytics, measured GrowthBook experiments and product-event breadcrumbs are disabled in the production launch version. The Analytics Notice explains the scope of this disabling and rights concerning earlier data. We do not enable personalised advertising or advertising identifiers.

Visits and Max messages, including measurement of venue-message opens and clicks, are not enabled in this release. Offering these features requires prior provision of the relevant information and the required legal bases for processing.

4. Choice and withdrawal

The launch app does not offer optional analytics consent or an analytics switch. System settings can restrict location or notifications. You can search manually without sharing location.

Contact the Operator at support@conttinu.com about earlier consents or data. Disabling future measurement does not automatically erase all earlier provider records; the Privacy Policy explains erasure rights.

5. External services

Opening a venue, navigation, or store link may take you to a separate service with its own notice and technologies. Conttinu does not consent on your behalf. Reading legal documents does not require analytics or embedded marketing scripts.
